7 Things to Confirm Before Ordering a Fuel Dispenser
When overseas customers ask us about fuel dispensers, there are a few points we always confirm before an order goes ahead. Here are the seven we ask about most.

1. Style and series
Most customers start by choosing the look they like. They browse the series, including SEA SERIES, and pick the design that suits their station.
2. Fuel types and number of fuel types
Most customers use gasoline and diesel. The number of fuel types you sell at the station shapes the configuration of the dispenser.
3. Number of nozzles
Nozzle count follows your requirements. Dual-nozzle and four-nozzle units are the most common, and some customers ask for a single nozzle.
4. Flow rate (hose size)
As a guide, a 3/4-inch dispenser is rated at up to 50 L/min and a 1-inch dispenser at up to 90 L/min. These are theoretical maximums measured in the laboratory. On site, flow is generally lower, depending on pipe length, height difference, fuel type and pump conditions.
5. Power supply
Choose 220 V or 380 V three-phase to match the supply at your site. It is worth confirming the local power supply before you order.
6. Pump type: suction or submersible
A suction pump draws fuel from the tank at the dispenser. A submersible pump sits inside the tank and pushes fuel to the dispenser. The right choice depends on the installation, such as the distance and height difference between the tank and the dispenser.
7. Number of motors
The number of motors depends on the number of fuel types and the dispenser configuration. Confirming it together with the fuel types makes the quotation smoother.
